Description
The contract is awarded for an initial term of 3 years. The Council reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the contract for a further period of up to 2 years. This extension may be exercised as a single extension period of 24 months or as consecutive increments of 12 months, up to the maximum permitted duration. The extension option may be exercised by the Council subject to the following circumstances: 1. Satisfactory performance outcomes of the supplier against the contractually agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) during the initial term. 2. Continued operational requirement by the Council for comprehensive IT support, infrastructure management, and cyber security services.

Options

Description
The Council reserves the right to make additional purchases under the contract throughout its validity period. This includes, but is not limited to: purchasing additional software user licenses (e.g., Microsoft 365), acquiring incremental IT hardware, telephony assets, or connectivity equipment, and commissioning ad-hoc IT project delivery, installation, or cyber security consultancy services. Any additional purchases will be executed in accordance with the variations mechanism, rate cards, and commercial terms outlined in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation
