- Following the communication issued to all Bidders who submitted a Bid on or before the deadline on 17 July 2026 regarding the evaluation outcome and identification of a shortlist of three bidders for the next stage of the process, the University has received correspondence raising concerns regarding aspects of the evaluation methodology and the information provided within the original Invitation to Tender (ITT). Although no contract award decision has been made and the procurement had not yet reached the award stage, the University has carefully considered the issues raised and has concluded that, in the interests of ensuring complete transparency, fairness, and equal treatment of all bidders, it is appropriate to discontinue the current procurement exercise and start a new tender process. Accordingly: • The current procurement exercise is cancelled with immediate effect. • The shortlist communicated on 17 July 2026 is withdrawn and will have no further effect. • No award decision has been made and no bidder has been selected for contract award. • A revised tender opportunity will be issued in due course.
