- Following the completion of the evaluation and moderation process, the Contracting Authority concluded that none of the tenders submitted provided sufficient assurance that the services could be delivered to the required standard and in full accordance with the Authority's requirements. As a result, the Authority has decided not to award a contract under this procurement exercise. Accordingly, the Authority is exercising its right not to make an award and has taken the decision to discontinue the current procurement process. The Authority will now undertake a review of the service requirements, procurement strategy, market conditions, affordability assumptions, and proposed delivery model before recommencing the procurement. A revised procurement timetable will be published in due course, and the opportunity is expected to be re-tendered shortly.
