- Crown Estate Scotland requires a multidisciplinary Remediation Client-Side Team (RCST) to provide project management, technical assurance, regulatory compliance, engineering/NEC supervision, CDM Principal Designer duties, ecological and heritage oversight, planning advice, cost management and structured reporting to support delivery of the ZeroFour remediation works.
