Features
Croydon Council are looking to procure an Adult Healthy Behaviours Service, providing structured support for smoking cessation, alcohol reduction and overweight / obesity weight management. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intended approach notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. A Competitive Procedure under PSR will be used. Questions will be asked regarding the 5 PSR Quality Criterion 1) quality and innovation 2) value 3) integration, collaboration and service sustainability 4) improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice 5) social value The top three scoring bidders will then be invited to provider a scored presentation on the questions below 1) Quality and innovation 2) Improving access, reducing health inequalities and facilitating choice 3) Social value
