Features
In Stage 1, bidders will be asked to submit a Procurement Specific Questionnaire, which will be used to shortlist the five top-scoring suppliers who will be taken forward to Stage 2. In Stage 2, bidders will be asked to provide a hands-on demo session and a written bid including pricing, which will be used to further shortlist the three top-scoring suppliers who will be taken forward to Stage 3. In Stage 3, there will be Dialogue sessions with suppliers and the Royal Household, to discuss aspects of the bid and refine the proposed approach. Written bids and pricing will then be re-submitted by suppliers with any amendments following the discussions. The contract will be awarded to the highest scoring supplier after evaluation of materials submitted in Stage 3.
