Dear Provider, Thank you for your submission in response to the above-mentioned tender opportunity. Following a review of our commissioning requirements and in consideration of the continued development of our Housing with Care Programme, St Helens Borough Council has made the decision to withdraw the current tender process. Having reassessed our requirements, we have identified the need to broaden the scope of the framework to ensure it delivers the best possible outcomes for the people we support. As a result, we will shortly be issuing a revised tender specification that offers greater flexibility, including the opportunity for providers to submit bids across multiple lots. We believe these changes will make the framework more accessible to a wider range of providers and better reflect the diverse services we are seeking to commission. Please be assured that this decision is in no way a reflection on the quality or content of your submission. We greatly appreciate the time and effort invested in the tender process and would encourage you to submit a new application when the revised opportunity is published on The Chest. Subject to internal approvals, we anticipate that the revised tender will be released during the week commencing 20 July 2026.
