Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council is acting as Lead Authority (Contracting Authority) on this collaborative procurement on behalf of the CLAIRE (Wales) group of Councils and is awarding the tender for the collection of textile and media materials from Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC), Bring sites and kerbside for reuse and recycling.
