The requirement is expected to include business‑as‑usual operation, maintenance and support of existing systems, planned and reactive maintenance, monitoring of system health and performance, lifecycle and obsolescence management, and associated software and licensing. The scope may also include the supply, installation and replacement of equipment where required to support service continuity, resilience and compliance; however, the principal object of the future contract is the ongoing delivery of managed services rather than the execution of construction works. This preliminary market engagement is being conducted to inform the contracting authority’s understanding of market capability, delivery models and commercial approaches. Participation does not form part of any formal procurement process and does not place the contracting authority under any obligation to commence a procurement or to adopt any particular approach.
