Once registered, applicants will be emailed a log-in and password which will allow them to gain access to the documentation relating to this opportunity The service will provide person-centred health and wellbeing support for young people; accessible health and wellbeing information and resources for young people, families and practitioners; peer support opportunities; workforce training and development; and skills, participation and employment development opportunities for young people with lived experience. The service will promote positive physical and mental health and wellbeing, address the wider social determinants of health, and reduce health inequalities through prevention and early intervention approaches.

Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including procurement specific questionnaire, via the on-line portal by 11am on 09 October 2026 as referred to in the tender documentation.
