West Sussex County Council (the Council) requires a full replacement of the existing Audio‑Visual (AV) and webcasting system installed in the Council Chamber and supporting Committee Rooms based in Chichester, West Sussex. The Council requires the refresh work to be carried out during the Autumn of 2026 and be operational by mid-November 2026. The parties acknowledge that LGR is a potential known risk that may affect the Services and agree to work in good faith and co-operation to mitigate the effects of any LGR during the Term.
