The Aquila 2c system provides a unique combination of: • Continuous monitoring of 10+ corrosion and chemistry related parameters; • Data captured at 15 minute intervals and stored in the cloud; • Integrated GSM/Wi Fi communication; • A proprietary dashboard and alerting ecosystem, with visual indication of individual parameter conformance to spec via use of traffic-light icons • Sophisticated analytics platform enabling trends to be captured together with the ability to annotate charts to capture key events • Overall corrosion health assessment based on the output of multiple sensors • Monitoring of dissolved oxygen, pH, water make-up volume, pressure, temperature, galvanic currents and associated corrosion rate, crevice corrosion (of steel and copper) and inhibitor concentration via conductivity conversion. • Cumulative values over time of corrosion, dissolved oxygen and galvanic currents There is no alternative system available in the market that delivers this same integrated suite of sensors, cloud capabilities and validated corrosion analytics from a single unit, which is required for interoperability with the existing condition monitoring infrastructure.
