During the contract term, the Council may procure the optional requirements set out in the tender documents. Accordingly, the awarded contract value includes these options. The awarded contract value excluding the options is £482,941.80 excluding VAT (£579,530.16 including VAT). Such options are the provision of a driver and parent app, which, if exercised, could increase the contract value by up to £418,520 excluding VAT (£502,224 including VAT) over the 10-year contract term. The awarded contract value does not include any risks identified in the tender documents.
