Below-threshold open competitive procedure to appoint contractors to deliver stairlift and specialist lift adaptations to the Council's domestic and non-housing properties. The procurement will be divided into the following two lots: Lot 1 - Stairlifts: Manufacture, Installation, Maintenance & Recycle (estimated value £475,000 per annum) and Lot 2 - Specialist Lifts: Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Maintenance & Recycle (£195,000 per annum).

Description
Lot 1: Manufacture, Supply, Installation and Recycling Stairlifts: work will be allocated on a ranked basis, meaning that the organisation identified as the most advantageous tenderer will be offered work in the first instance, with the second contractor approached only where the first ranked contractor is unable to deliver the requirement. Due to the nature of this provision, there is no guarantee of any volume of works throughout the framework term.
