Rationale
Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The modification arose from circumstances identified after contract award during implementation. Following novation to Node4 Limited, delivery complexity exceeded that anticipated at award, creating a material and unforeseeable risk to delivery continuity. To mitigate this risk, delivery arrangements and funding were adjusted. Post‐MVP requirement refinements and enhanced security led to milestone changes and a cost increase of £109,623.37. The changes do not alter the contract’s scope.
