Each Lot will be evaluated independently and the Supplier achieving the highest overall percentage score for each Lot will be awarded that Lot. Where the same Supplier achieves the highest score for multiple Lots, those Lots may be awarded to the same Supplier, subject to the Supplier meeting all relevant requirements.
