- Aberdeen City Council (ACC) are currently regenerating the beachfront area of the city as part of a multimillion-pound regeneration programme. Construction began in January 2025 with the first phase. Work is progressing on the rest of the beachfront area to create a new play park and events field, which are due to be completed in the autumn of 2026. It is this area that requires a Provider to operate and manage the space.
