The Service provision is to take the raw data and provide it in a more usable and polished solution. The UKHO announced that they were reviewing their costs meaning that providers of this service could not cost a solution without knowing the implications. This has caused delay to the tendering process. The implications of the costs have only just be announced and therefore the urgency due to delay has caused an accelerated procedure to be used.
