Suppliers will be appointed to the Framework Agreement following evaluation of their tender submissions against the published award criteria. Call-off contracts may be awarded in accordance with the call-off procedures set out in the Framework Agreement, which may include direct award and/or mini-competition. For Lot 2, pricing will be based on the tendered Schedule of Rates and any agreed framework rates. Larger or more complex requirements may be subject to further competition in accordance with the framework call-off procedures. Mini-competitions may be undertaken where project-specific requirements, complexity, programme constraints, site conditions, resource availability, or other factors require further competition between appointed Framework suppliers. The award criteria for each mini-competition will be detailed within the relevant call-off documentation. Call-off contracts may be awarded for reactive, planned, emergency, or project-specific requirements throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement.
