Features
The Authority has elected to conduct a two stage Procurement Process as follows: 1. The first stage (this stage) will consist of a selection process via a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) to be issued with the Find a tender advert. 2. The second stage will consist of an Invitation to Tender (ITT) exercise. Bidders who can meet the selection criteria in Stage one will be forwarded to stage two and receive a tender. The tender will be released via out e-tendering portal Atamis to the Bidder's nominated email address.

Weighting Description
For the first stage - Bidders who respond YES to all questions will be forwarded to the second stage. The second stage will be an Invitation to Tender with separate award criteria and weightings (to be advised at the time of tender release). The Authority may at its own discretion include Presentations as part of the tender selection criteria. Presentation invites will be issued to the highest scoring Bidders. The Authority may shortlist up to three Bidders for presentations.
