Market engagement for waste haulage and disposal service. Thurrock Council is currently developing its procurement and contracting strategies to support the re-procurement of its current waste haulage and disposal contracts which expire in December 2026. The council is seeking to engage providers of these services to gain the market views to help inform our proposed procurement strategy. To support this process, we would appreciate if interested organisations would please complete the market engagement questionnaire which can be obtained and returned via the In-Tend Portal by 12 noon on 8th April 2026.
