Description
The Council may, at its discretion, extend this Agreement for up to two periods each of three months (each an Extension Period) by providing written notice to the Service Provider, at least two months before the end of the Initial Term, or at least two months before the end of the first Extension Period. Any Extension Period shall start consecutively after either the Initial Period or first Extension Period, as the case may be.
