• Provision of architectural services under a two‑year appointment to support a programme of various campus works across Chichester College Group. The scope covers the full range of RIBA stages as required for individual projects, including Stage 1 feasibility and briefing, Stage 2 concept design, Stage 3 developed design, Stage 4 technical design, Stage 5 construction support, and Stage 6 handover, with the option for Stage 7 post‑occupation services where appropriate. The appointment will support a rolling programme of estate‑related capital and maintenance projects across multiple campuses, with specific works defined and commissioned on a project‑by‑project basis throughout the term of the contract.
