Why this procedure was chosen
​​The two Woolwich Ferry vessels were delivered in November 2018 under a TfL contract with the company Remontowa (the Builder). This contract covered the full build, including the Power Management System which was provided by Norwegian Electric Systems (NES) and a subsequent Technical Service Agreement between Remontowa and NES which has ended. ​The Power Management System requires improvement works to maintain the ferry service to be completed by the system owner, NES, noting system ownership and intellectual property rights.
