​​Paul & Loughran are the only supplier able to deliver heat exchangers that meet NGN's precise technical, fabrication and operational requirements across both Burley Bank and Harrogate sites. The supplier already produces exchangers compliant with NGN/SP/PV/3, NGN/SP/F/1, NGN/SP/B/12, NGN/SP/E/55, GIS/PA/10 and PESR/UKCA-capabilities not matched by alternative suppliers.
