The contract provides the Trust with access to the supply of vehicles on an as-required basis to support operational needs across its schools and central services. The scope of the contract includes the purchase and/or lease of vehicles such as passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles and minibuses. Requirements will arise on a reactive basis, including but not limited to the replacement of vehicles, operational expansion and expiry of existing lease arrangements. The contract has been established as a centrally managed agreement accessible across the Trust to ensure a compliant and efficient route for vehicle procurement. The total estimated value of the contract is £300,000 (exclusive of VAT) over the contract term. The Trust does not guarantee any minimum volume of orders under this arrangement.
