The Wallace Collection is seeking a development partner to rebuild its existing website to enhance the offering, improve customer journeys, conversions and engagement. At the same time a new Collection Management System is being implemented (CollectionIndex+) alongside the DAMS, and this will necessitate a new Collection Online.

How to submit
All tender submission documents should be sent to the postbox located on myTenders at https://www.mytenders.co.uk/ To access your Postbox Response area to submit a tender response on myTenders, you will need to: 1. Record your interest in the tender you wish to submit a response to, once you have done this, 2. Navigate to your Suppliers Area, then under My Workspace click on Interest List 3. Here you should see a list of all the notices you have expressed an interest in 4. Click on the notice you want to submit a response to and underneath Notice Actions click Go to Postbox, then create and proceed with creating your tender response. 5. Once completed, you will be able to dispatch your completed response.

Features
There is a two stage process as set out in the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ) Document. 1) PSQ which is open to all suppliers. Responses to this will be scored by a panel of stakeholders and based on this a short list of suppliers will be invited to stage 2 2) ITT , the exact format of this will be determined by the responses in round 1, but will likely involve a more detailed set of requirements, a presentation and demo. Award criteria listed below will be used to shortlist the suppliers taken through to the ITT stage. The criteria will then be amended and specified further in the ITT documentation
