Edmonton Leisure Centre is in need of urgent works to restore the building. The Council has directly awarded this provision to GLL for the works to be funded in part by the Council and in part by GLL, and assign the lease to GLL on condition that GLL provides a public leisure centre. Given this will be treated as a separate entity, Enfield will be removing the Centre from the aforementioned list.
