This RFQ invites contractors to submit bids for: ● Lot 1 – Supply of the equipment. ● Lot 2 – Installation of the equipment (including concrete bases, surfacing, and site preparation). Bidders may submit for one or both lots. The Parc Clwyd Rhuthun project is a significant community initiative aimed at enhancing public access to outdoor recreational spaces. The scope includes: ● Cycle Equipment: Bike racks, bike shelters, bike pumps, and repair stands. ● Gym Equipment: Multi-unit outdoor gym equipment. ● Canopy Shelters: Providing protection and cover for cyclists, park users, and gym users. Scope of Work Lot 1 – Supply of Equipment The successful contractor will be required to supply: ● Cycle racks, cycle shelters, bike pumps, and repair stands. ● Outdoor gym equipment, including multi-unit setups. ● Canopy shelters for outdoor activity spaces. All equipment should comply with UK safety regulations, be durable, and designed for outdoor use. Bidders should provide manufacturer details, specifications, and warranty information. Lot 2 – Installation of Equipment The successful contractor will be required to: ● Install all items supplied under Lot 1. ● Prepare the site, including concrete foundations, bases, and surfacing as required. ● Ensure equipment is securely fixed and safe for public use.

Porous Soft Pour Finish: Areas surrounding gym equipment should be finished with a porous soft pour surface to define the space and aid grass maintenance.
