- During the standstill period, the ICB received a number of queries concerning the outcome of the procurement process. These queries were subject to investigation. Upon a full comprehensive review of the procurement, the ICB noted that there were issues with the question set in the procurement documents which has meant that the ICB could not be assured that it would identify the most advantageous tender. After careful consideration the ICB has made the decision to abandon the procurement. The ICB still requires the services and is currently considering its procurement strategy.
