- Update to Preliminary Market Engagement The Contracting Authority wishes to advise all interested suppliers that, following an internal review, it has decided not to progress the proposed Preliminary Market Engagement or the associated framework procurement at this time. The proposed multi-supplier framework for the provision of Professional Consultancy Services will therefore not be proceeding during the current or forthcoming procurement period. Should the Contracting Authority decide to progress this requirement in the future, it is anticipated that this will be no earlier than 2027, and potentially later. A new Preliminary Market Engagement Notice and/or procurement notice will be published at that time, where appropriate. The Contracting Authority would like to thank all organisations that have expressed an interest in this opportunity and appreciates the time taken to engage with the market.
