The work will primarily focus on the development of transition plans in support of the two unitary council approach for Oxfordshire and West Berkshire but will also include work with colleagues from Oxfordshire County Council and Oxford City Council in preparation for any decision to implement the options that they are proposing. It may also include work to assist with the consultation and associated campaign that will support the two unitary case until decision.
