Rationale
Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The modification was necessary due to operational circumstances that could not have been foreseen at the time of the original call-off. Specifically, the contract has been varied to include longer appointment types to better meet service delivery needs. The modification is made in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
