Description
The contract is based with a fixed initial term of three (3) years, establishing the base duration of the agreement and providing a stable framework for service delivery and operational continuity. In addition to this base period, the contract includes two (2) optional extension periods of 12 months per period, each of which may be exercised at the Authority’s discretion. The extensions are strictly conditional upon the supplier demonstrating satisfactory performance throughout the contract term, particularly in relation to the consistent and timely delivery of services in accordance with contractual requirements. Performance will be formally assessed through periodic reviews against the key performance indicators (KPIs) defined within the contract, which serve as the primary mechanism for measuring service quality, efficiency, and compliance. Extensions will only be considered if the supplier meets the required KPIs and delivers services in line with expectations. This ensures that any continuation of the contract depends on proven performance and helps maintain accountability and value for money throughout the contract.
