Why this procedure was chosen
Following the completion of Business Services Phase 1 activities, discovery work highlighted a number of key areas that can be addressed prior to the start of implementation activity with the Systems Integrator, including gaps in technical areas that will require to be known in advance. Failure to address these would result in more delays and cost, whilst NHS Scotland attempted to address the activities.
