Opportunity overview

Hertfordshire County Council (The ‘Council’) is carrying out PME in relation to the provision of a Smoke Free App. The Council will consider the feedback received to help inform the Council’s options and further decision making. For the avoidance of doubt, this stage of the project is not part of a formal procurement process, and the Council is not committing, at this stage, to carrying out such a process. Participation or non-participation in the PME shall not prevent any provider participating in a potential future procurement, nor is it intended that any information supplied as part of the PME shall place any provider at a advantage in a potential procurement process. Participation in the PME will be at each organisations own cost. No expense in responding to this PME will be reimbursed by the Council. To access the Preliminary Market Engagement documentation please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/supplyhertfordshire and follow the on-screen guidance. To participate in the PME, organisations must submit their completed Provider Questionnaire together with any supporting documents through our e-tendering system (In-Tend) by 12 noon on 09/01/26. If your organisation is not registered on the Supply Hertfordshire In-tend portal, please go to the website stated above and click on the `Register` tab - registration is free. Logging into In-Tend (once registered) - To view this opportunity please click on `Tenders` then `Current` and then scroll down to the project - HCC 12/25 - Preliminary Market Engagement for the Provision of a Smoke Free App - Selecting ‘View Details’ on the relevant opportunity - Clicking the ‘Express Interest’ tab - Following the on-screen instructions - The Questionnaire & more information is available via the PME Document tab.
