Performance Terms
The contractor must comply with all relevant UK health and safety and construction regulations. Works must meet British Standards for playgrounds and safety surfacing (BS EN 1176, BS EN 1177). Contractors must submit a full method statement and risk assessment prior to starting work. All materials must be delivered, installed, and completed to the specifications in the procurement documents. Site must be left clean and safe on completion of the works.
