Why this procedure was chosen
A Prior Information Notice (PIN) was published via Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) on 09 December 2025, with a request for interested parties to register their interest no later than 12 noon on 19 December 2025. 13 companies noted an interest by this specified closing date, and as part of market engagement for this opportunity, a questionnaire was issued to those same suppliers.
