Why this procedure was chosen
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice for Direct award C. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or Procurement Act 23 do not apply to this award. The standstill period will conclude midnight 19th December 2025. An award notice will be published on or after 29th December 2025 Decision to award was made by Director of Public Health. The basic and 5 key criteria were all applied. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. -Date of contract award 22nd December 2025 -Dates between which the services are intended be provided - 1st April 2026 - 31st March 2030 - 4 years - Approx. Lifetime value of the contract - £2,600,000 There was no review during the standstill period. Final decision signed off by ODN - Director of Service, Director of Finance.
