- Following a review of the tender documents, the Council has identified a procedural issue with the procurement route. Specifically, the Invitation to Tender referenced requirements under the Procurement Act 2023, whereas the procurement was authorised and intended to be conducted under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 (PSR). As a result, the process is not compliant with the correct legislative framework. On this basis, the Council has taken the decision to abandon the current procurement exercise.
