This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 Competitive Procedure. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award.The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the PSR Competitive Process.The contract was awarded to the successful bidder on 10th February, 2026.The contract is for the period from 14/02/2026 to 31/03/2026 with option to extend for two further 3 month periods.The estimated lifetime value of the contract including the extension option is up to £300,000.The decision to award the contract was made by the Senior Managers of the service and Humber & North Yorkshire ICB.There were no conflicts of interest identified.
