Description
This framework agreement is divided into 2 lots, with a single supplier appointed to each lot. As only one supplier is appointed per lot, all call-off contracts under each lot will be awarded directly to the appointed supplier without further competition. Call-off contracts may be awarded throughout the duration of the framework for the provision of the goods specified within the relevant lot. The framework will operate for a 3 year term with an optional 12 month extension, during which time the appointed supplier for each lot will be the sole provider for that lot.
