7. The award Criteria will be 40% on Commercial Criteria and 60% on Technical Criteria. The Technical Evaluation places emphasis on the degree of confidence the evaluation team has in the Technical Response provided and the extent to which the Potential Supplier has demonstrated the effective delivery of the outputs and requirements set out in the Terms of Reference/Statement of requirements.
