Description
The framework will operate as a multi-supplier framework agreement with two appointed contractors. Call-off contracts will be awarded without further competition. For each requirement, the Council will apply the pricing schedule submitted at tender stage to the relevant quantities of work to identify the lowest priced supplier. The supplier offering the lowest price will be contacted to confirm their availability to deliver the works. Where the lowest priced supplier is unable to undertake the works, the Council will approach the next lowest priced supplier, and so on until a supplier is confirmed.
