- Further to the publication of the UK4 Tender Notice (2026/S 000-059717) for the procurement of a UK wide digital service which will provide a near real-time overview of the delivery status, and support operational delivery of health and care research across the UK, the Authority has now terminated the procurement exercise. A contract has not been awarded and a new procurement exercise is anticipated to commence in November 2026. There will be no further communication and supplier engagement under UK4 Tender Notice 2026/S 000-059717 and this UK12 Notice serves to notify the market of the formal termination of the procurement. For information, the procurement was terminated following supplier feedback and a high volume of clarification questions received during the procurement process, which demonstrated the need for the Authority to undertake a structured review of its requirements and approach. Following completion of the review, any subsequent procurement process will be undertaken in compliance with the Procurement Act 2023
