- This is a variation to the Sureserve / ProcurePublic Lot 1 Call-Off Contract. This Variation is executed pursuant to Regulation 72(1)(b) and Regulation 72(1)(d)(ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 The purpose of this modification is to consolidate existing residential electrical compliance and remedial services into the primary heating contract.
