Description
Engagement Process Network Rail (Wales & Western) invites interested suppliers to participate in a Pre-Market Engagement Exercise for the forthcoming Level Crossing and Road Rail Access Points (RRAP) Framework. This engagement aims to gather insight from the supply chain to inform the final procurement strategy, lot structure, and commercial model for the works, which are expected to commence in April 2026 following expiry of current arrangements in March 2026. Suppliers are asked to complete a short Market Engagement Questionnaire, which will take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. The questionnaire seeks views on: Supplier experience and capabilities; Preferred framework structure and commercial approach; Capacity and mobilisation readiness; and Opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and social value. Responses will be used solely for market analysis and procurement planning purposes. They will not form part of any tender evaluation and will be treated in accordance with UK GDPR and Network Rail’s Data Protection Policy. How to Participate To take part in this engagement, please complete the online questionnaire using the link below: https://forms.office.com/e/zajE0qW5VA The survey will remain open until 14th November 2025, after which responses will be reviewed and summarised to inform the final procurement strategy. Following this exercise, Network Rail may invite interested suppliers to participate in a virtual or in-person supplier briefing session to discuss the findings and outline the proposed route to market. Any future tender opportunity arising from this engagement will be advertised separately via Find a Tender, Contracts Finder, and Network Rail’s BravoNR procurement portal.
