We would not be able to set KPIs for an insurance policy itself because you cannot measure an insurance policy (as the policy is the contract). However, we have set KPIs for engineering inspections for Lot 3 as below: KPI for Lot 3 Please note the following KPIs/ requirements for Lot 3 Engineering Inspections which include passenger lifts inspection, in addition to the standard service requirements as per specification, and are included to ensure that risks to residents are effectively managed: 1. Inspections to be planned/carried out at least 7 days in advance of the due date of the current LOLER – annual programme planner to be provided by contractor. 2. Same day notification of inspection results: compliant or failed. This is important as we will need to isolate the lift immediately if it has failed and notify residents, update the London Fire Brigade portal, etc and if it is complaint we equally need to be informed for our information. 3. Reports loaded no later than 72 hours before the due date. 4. An agreed timescale for re-inspections upon a defect being rectified. 5. Flexibility to scheduling joint visits in advance with our maintenance contractor. 6. An agreement / penalty clause in place for failing to attend a planned inspection, so we can arrange a third party (to be procured) to carry out any inspections that have not been carried out.
