Video consultations were introduced in Wales during the COVID-19 pandemic and have become a well-established and valued element of care delivery within Cardiff and Vale UHB. Video consultations enhance accessibility, support delivery of both individual and group consultations, and provide a clinically appropriate, cost-effective alternative to face-to face appointments
