The provided services must be in accordance with ScotRail Vehicle Maintenance Instructions (VMIs).

The provided services must be in accordance with ScotRail Vehicle Maintenance Instructions (VMIs). The proposed duration is an initial 3-year term, followed by up to 2 one-year extensions.
